What is RNTD?
RNTD is a fashion rental platform that is
focused on fashion access rather than ownership. You can browse the garments on
our website, select your perfect fit, rental dates, and have the dress on loan
for a fixed period. We’ll then collect the dress, have it laundered, and get it
ready for the next renter. Sustainable, economical, and of course -
fashionable!
What is the rental period/duration?
3 days standard rental,
including day of delivery and pickup.
Example: If you receive your garment on a Friday (Day 1), then the item will be collected from
the same address on Sunday (Day 3. You will receive a text reminder to have
your items ready for collection.
For extended rental periods, you can email us at info@rntd.me for our extended
rental rates. Should you not be home at the pickup time, you can leave your
garment outside your door in the garment bag provided, along with the hanger.
4 - 6 Days: 10% off 2x the initial price
7-9 Days: 15% off 3x the initial price
Ordering
What size should I rent?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guide. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
If it doesn't fit, can I return or exchange it?
Unfortunately, we don’t do cash refunds. Should you wish to return the item, you will need to notify us within 4 hours of receipt
of the item, and the item will be need to be collected on the same day. We are happy to try and coordinate an exchange provided it’s done on the same day of delivery and we have something in stock that is available and at a
similar price point. We cannot do exchanges the next day. Should you not find an alternate item in stock, we’ll issue you a voucher to the value of the rental (minus delivery cost).
Do you do refunds or exchanges?
No, we do not do refunds. Please make sure to check
out the sizing and measurements listed on our website.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
When will my item be delivered?
If you place an order before 3pm, your outfit will be delivered on the
same day. For all orders placed after 3pm, please expect to receive the order on the following day.
Do you ship overseas?
No, we currently service Dubai only.
What if the garment gets damaged?
At checkout, a partial damage deposit will be authorized on the credit/debit card provided. The damage deposit is charged per item in the customer's cart at checkout. This damage deposit covers any defects/tears,/stains etc. which will be assessed at the time of return. The rental fee and the deposit are authorized at checkout, and only captured upon return once the garment has been inspected.
In the event that the cost of repair is below the damage deposit, then the cost of repair will be charged and not the full deposit. However, if the cost of repair exceeds the damage deposit, an additional invoice will be issued to the customer for immediate settlement. Should the item be returned in the same condition as which it was delivered, then only the rental fee will be captured and processed. You can also take a look at our T&C. Please do not attempt to clean the garments. All our garments are professionally laundered.
